AHS Investment Corp. leases and manages residential and commercial properties for Atlantic Health System. Our residential properties are located within walking distance of the Morristown and Overlook Medical Center campuses.
Priority for housing is given to medical residents. Then, subject to availability, other Atlantic Health employees may apply. Rental payment for the housing is performed through payroll deduction. Medical residents and Atlantic Health employees are encouraged to tour our housing and discuss leasing opportunities and rent rates with our housing coordinator.
